KEN NEATHERY

 

Ken is on the forefront of all South Carolina Brokers.  He is The Broker-In-Charge for Sunbelt Business Brokers of Myrtle Beach. With over 30 years experience in business sales and ownership, Ken has demonstrated the highest level of honesty and determination throughout the process of buying and selling a business. His high level of confidentiality and skill enables his clients to discreetly complete the most important transaction of their life.

 

Ken received both his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Virginia while running a successful construction company. He and his wife Rhonda have lived in Myrtle Beach for over 25 years, they have three sons ranging in age from 21 to 40.

 

Ken was also a Broker-In-Charge for a thriving Myrtle Beach Real Estate and Property Management firm. He and his wife were able to build the business from the ground up and were at the helm for over 17 years. He has held many professional designations including serving 12 years as Resort H.O.A. President, Chamber of Commerce, M.L.S., South Carolina Board of Realtor s among others.

MICHAEL J. HUGHES

 

Mike Hughes is a Senior Broker with Sunbelt Business Brokers.  After an Executive career in the IT  industry spanning  30 years, Mike retired as a Senior Partner from Accenture. During his tenure, he specialized in account management, contract  administration and negotiations. 

 

After retirement, Mike and his wife purchased a small business, which they successfully operated for years. Mike now utilizes his extensive business experience full-time to help bring Main Street” business buyers and sellers together. 

 

Mike is married to Holly, and they have 2 daughters.  They reside in Myrtle Beach and both enjoy spectator sports and play golf.  Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College and numerous professional education certificates.
